New Xbox 360S model HELP?
Hi.I recently bought a new Xbox 360 slim 4gb Lego bundle that comes with Lego Indiana Jones,Lego batman, and Lego starwars.so yah I bought it from Bestbuy i opened it and everything looked new but when I saw the Lego batman game it wasn't sealed like the new wraper for games it didnt even come with the official box of Lego batman just some white sleeve saying the name of the game.Also when I tried to play the Lego games each time I played a game it would say Disk CANOT be read
1:eject the disk and clean with cloth
2:restart the console
So yah I bough other games on it like spiderman shatterd demonsions,burnout paridise,and tales of vesperia and they worked without a problem! I would return it no problem but I wanted to ask is it used because I don't want to get all my acivments again 
so please help me
Ps. Now it works without a problem just want to know IS IT USED

Psss.I bought it NEW
As long as you keep the hard drive or you have an Xbox Live account with the achievements on it, you will keep your achievements. If there was just a white sleeve with a blank disc then chances are you bought a pirated or copied game or a game without the case, if so it is definitely used and not very reliable.
