I heard that if you play through the game and get the stealth and bandanna, and you don't use them, the forth time you play the game you get to play through the game as the cyber ninja. Is that true or was it just in the VR missions or a rumor?
It's a rumour. The only way to play as the Cyborg Ninja is with Metal Gear Solid: Special Missions (better known as Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions in the US and Canada).
This is a special disc that is loaded with VR missions, and some of these include playing as the Ninja.
