This is another fitness game for Nintendo Wii, if you don't like going to gym and if you think doing workout is a boring thing. Your Shape is the game for you. Your Shape is a new kind of fitness game which uses the camera tracking technology through which you will get an edge in accuracy of movement and your efficiency will increase. This game is fully dependant on the camera tracking technology so you should keep the camera clean and shiny. This camera tracks and scans your body and give a bit real time feedback about your workout. Setting up the camera is also very simple; you just have to plug the camera cable into the USB port in the Nintendo Wii and put the camera in a steady place, don't forget to switch off the Wii before you do this, you don't want to be electrocuted. The best place to put your camera would be on top of your TV.
If you set it up properly and switch on the TV, you will see your body on TV and you are ready to go. This game has an intelligent feature, it scans your body and automatically fills your profile and information like weight, height etc. you can change it if it is not accurate, but from my brief testing I can say that it is pretty accurate. You have the option to concentrate on any part of body you want to workout and tune-up; you can also set a timer for that particular workout. And what if you don't know a particular workout? There are some good workout training videos given which you can watch and learn how to do that particular workout right. I thing this game has the highest number of workouts available, I have not counted but there are around 500 unique exercise form Yoga to strength training exercises.
To add to the fun, you get a coach also and he will tell you if you are performing a certain exercise or workout right. If you are not doing something right, he will scold you. With You Shape you can workout at home in front of television and you even get a personal trainer, do you want anything more?
